Medical aid and insurance
This practice is not contracted to any medical aid or insurance fund. An invoice is provided after payment, which can be submitted to your medical aid or insurance for reimbursement according to your plan rules.
Payment policy
All invoices are to be settled on the day that service is rendered. No credit facilities are provided. Card payment facilities are available.
Important notices
- Fees are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
- Where a service is listed as an add-on, it is charged only when performed during a consultation or acupuncture session.
- Herbal prescriptions are charged per formula per course.
- Invoices are provided for record-keeping, income tax deductions and for medical aid or insurance reimbursement where applicable.
If you are unsure which service applies to your situation, the simplest starting point is the new patient consultation (which includes the first acupuncture treatment) or the first consultation only (case analysis and report). Follow-up items are used thereafter based on clinical need and your treatment plan.
